Heritage Oaks Programs
First Tee Program
The First Tee is an international youth development organization introducing the game of golf and its inherent values to young people. Through after school and in school programs, we help shape the lives of young people from all walks of life by reinforcing values like integrity, respect and perseverance through the game of golf. And it’s making a difference.
U.S. Kids Golf
Our US Kids Golf program is here to help the youth of our community learn the lifelong game of golf and to encourage family interaction that builds lasting memories. The US Kids Golf Player Pathway mixes both kid-friendly instruction and play on the golf course. By combining these two elements in a structured curriculum, kids learn and have fun at the same time. Space will be limited (maximum of 8 golfers per session) so please be sure to sign up at the Community Activities Center at Westover Park or at Heritage Oaks Pro Shop. US Kids Golf is for youth ages 8 – 13. Program cost is $110 for Harrisonburg City residents and $120 for non residents per session. Sessions include instruction, Player Pathway Kit, range balls and course fees.
